01The service
These terms apply to the Cleaner Master iOS app (清理大师 in Chinese) and futureapp.party, operated under the Cleaner Master product name. Contact support@futureapp.party for questions. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use.
Cleaner Master provides photo and video organization, optional Gmail cleanup, and related device utilities. Features depend on your app version, device, permissions, and connected services. The website describes the app; it does not access or clean your device or mailbox.
02Your content and permissions
Use the service only with content and accounts you are authorized to manage. Review suggestions before acting. Similarity, duplicate detection, and storage sizes are estimates, not guarantees of identical content or immediately recoverable storage.
A swipe marks media for review; it is not a final deletion. Actual library deletion needs your confirmation and the system confirmation step. Keep a backup of important content. Recovery depends on the state and retention rules of Photos or the connected service. Video compression creates a new copy and retains the original. The private space does not automatically remove or hide originals from the system library.
03Gmail organization
Gmail connection requires separate Google authorization and is currently available without a membership. The app groups and filters eligible message metadata, then moves selected messages to Trash after confirmation. Starred, important, draft, and sent messages are excluded. It does not send mail or permanently delete messages.
Batch actions can finish partially if access or connectivity changes; review the result before retrying. Undo depends on the remaining local record and messages still being recoverable. Disconnecting does not restore mail automatically. Gmail may continue counting Trash toward storage, and normally permanently deletes Trash after 30 days; earlier emptying also prevents recovery. See Gmail’s recovery guidance. Availability can be affected by Google authorization status and your organization’s account restrictions.
04Membership and billing
Photo browsing and a limited amount of media deletion are available for free. Statistics, widgets, battery information, and currently Gmail cleanup do not require Plus. Additional deletion and advanced tools require a membership.
The app offers weekly, monthly, and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. The localized price, duration, and billing conditions shown by the App Store at confirmation govern your purchase. Payment is charged through Apple when you confirm; subscriptions renew until canceled under Apple’s displayed terms.
Manage or cancel in your Apple account’s Subscriptions settings. Removing the app or disconnecting Gmail does not cancel billing. Restore purchases using the app’s Restore Purchases option and the Apple account used to buy. Refund requests are handled through Apple. 05Responsible use and service availability
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, circumvent access controls, or use it to access another person’s content without permission. You retain ownership of your content. Cleaner Master’s branding, design, and software remain the property of their respective rights holders.
We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but operation may be interrupted by device limits, network conditions, maintenance, or third-party changes. We cannot guarantee a particular amount of space recovered or recovery of content deleted by you or another service. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
