01Who we are
This policy covers the Cleaner Master iOS app (also named 清理大师 in Chinese) and its official website at futureapp.party. “We” refers to the developer operating Cleaner Master. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@futureapp.party.
02Photos, videos, and device information
Photo access is requested when you connect your library. The app uses the media and metadata you allow to display categories, identify similar and duplicate candidates, estimate sizes, and carry out actions you confirm. Photo analysis and video compression run on your device; we do not upload your library to our servers. iOS may retrieve an iCloud item when you open it.
Organization choices, keep lists, usage limits, preferences, statistics, and subscription-flow counts are stored locally. Device storage and battery information support the corresponding displays and widgets. The private space is a local list protected by device authentication; it does not automatically hide originals in Photos or create a separately encrypted photo vault. Contacts are accessed only after permission for contact organization. Optional reminders use notification permission.
03Google account and Gmail data
Gmail is optional. When you choose to connect it, the official Google Sign-In component asks for consent. Account identity, including your email address and Google account identifier, associates the mailbox and undo record with the correct account. The Google sign-in component may receive your basic profile as part of authentication; Cleaner Master uses your identifier and email address.
The app requests https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.modify to organize mail and carry out user-confirmed moves to and from Trash. It reads message identifiers, sender and subject headers, dates, labels, and estimated sizes for grouping, filtering, selection review, and undo. It does not fetch message bodies or attachments, send messages, or call permanent-deletion operations. Starred, important, draft, and sent messages are excluded from cleanup, and message state is checked before each move.
Gmail API requests go directly from your device to Google over HTTPS. Gmail data is not routed through or stored on our servers. We do not sell or share Gmail data with advertisers or data brokers, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Our personnel do not have access to your connected mailbox through the app.
04Gmail storage, retention, and removal
Mail lists remain in app memory, rather than in a persistent mailbox database. Google Sign-In manages credentials in the device Keychain. Undo records contain account and message identifiers and are kept in the device Keychain without cross-device synchronization. A pending record may remain between app launches until it is restored, replaced by another cleanup, or cleared when you disconnect.
Disconnect Gmail in the app to clear its local mailbox and undo records and request revocation of Google access. If revocation cannot complete online, you can sign out locally and revoke access in Google Account connections. Revoking access alone at Google does not erase any remaining local record; also disconnect in the app. Uninstalling an iOS app may not remove all Keychain entries.
Disconnecting does not reverse changes already made to your Gmail mailbox. Recover messages in Gmail while they remain eligible; Google normally permanently deletes messages after 30 days in Trash, and emptying Trash sooner prevents recovery. See Gmail’s recovery guidance.
05Google API Limited Use
Cleaner Master’s use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide the visible mailbox organization and recovery features described here. We do not transfer that data to our own backend or unrelated services.
06Purchases and subscriptions
Apple processes purchases. The app uses StoreKit to verify transactions and subscription entitlements and restore purchases. We do not receive your payment card details. Signing into Gmail does not create a paid membership. Apple processes purchase and account data under its own policies.
07Website, hosting, and support
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, request time, and URL, to deliver and protect the site under its privacy policy. We have not added advertising trackers, audience analytics, account registration, or an upload form. Site motion controls work within the current page without a tracking identifier.
If you email support, we receive your address and the information you choose to include. We use it to answer your request and keep it as needed to resolve the issue and meet applicable obligations. Do not send passwords, access tokens, verification codes, or private mailbox content. Support correspondence is separate from Gmail API access. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to applicable retention obligations.
08Your choices and privacy requests
Change photo, contact, and notification permissions in iOS Settings. Disconnect Gmail in the app or revoke Google authorization as described above. Manage subscriptions separately through Apple; disconnecting Gmail or deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of information we hold. Send requests to support@futureapp.party. We may need to verify the request and can only act on data under our control; we cannot erase Apple or Google account records. For device-only data, we can explain the available local controls.
09Children and policy updates
Cleaner Master is a general-purpose utility and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact support@futureapp.party.
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date. Material changes affecting Google data will be disclosed, with renewed consent obtained where required, before using data for a new purpose.
